When Accenture moved into a new New York headquarters, the consulting giant wanted to rethink how their common areas could become a showcase of their thinking and innovation. So, we transformed their perspective, predictions, and technology into an immersive museum-like experience, dubbed the "Innovation Hives", that invited in-office employees and prospective clients to interact with installations featuring art, content, augmented reality, smart objects, motion activated screen, and loads of insights across nine exhibits.
Part Senior Copywriter, part faux-MBA student, I ideated individual hive experiences, provided feedback on Future Colossal's ideas, wrote copy for all kinds of interactive screens, synthesized Accenture research and SME interviews into content and narratives for "docent guides", and dabbled in UX writing for demo user experiences.

5G: Powering the New Look of New York's Future
We placed an augmented reality (AR) transparent screen against a floor-to-ceiling window that overlooks the upper half of Manhattan. With animated overlays and descriptive copy on screen, we gave people a view into a 5G-powered future of New York City.
New Consumer: A Museum for Brand-Consumer Relationships
Inspired by Mmuseumm, we created a mini museum of "smart objects" linked to evolving consumer behaviors and relationships with brands described in Accenture's annual Life Trends report. When a sculpture is picked up, content is "triggered" on a screen that gives a visitor more insight into a trend, like brand fandom or e-commerce habits.
Finance Forward: Taking Stock of a Changing Order
Emerging technology and changing consumer behaviors are threatening the future of Capital Markets, Insurance, and Investment Banking. We invested in a stock ticket-inspired wall that explains how and why.
Smart Sustainability: Global Crisis, Global Collaboration
To spotlight what cities and countries around the world are doing to fend off climate change, we surrounded an touch-screen globe packed with stories on sustainable initiatives around the world with a metal grid of Manhattan and TV screens with deeper insights.
Life Sciences: R&D for R&D Departments
In between testing apps that amp up the pharmaceutical R&D or smooth out regulatory approvals, visitors can vibe out with a DNA-inspired light art installation.
Human Potential: Piecing Together Remote Collaboration
Human Potential leaned into a "honeycomb" display of visuals and insights on professional growth as a showcase for cultivating smarter collaboration and career planning in a remote work environment.
Digital Health: Get Moving On More Accessible Healthcare
With telehealth changing patients and doctors' experiences with healthcare, we installed a monolithic, motion-activated LED screen that features stats, facts, and quotes to visualize the holistic story about this paradigm-shifting technology.
