The Catalyst: Despite mastering consumer audio and literally inventing noise cancellation, Bose was feeling the heat from intense competition and its brand fell behind.
The Solution: With the launch of a more emotive and lifestyle-focused brand platform, "Sound is Power," we revamped their entire website (~200 pages) and flowed in nuance moments ripped from real-life.
My Impact: I put my nerdy love of music and culture to work, imbuing real-life moments and emotions that music creates in the storytelling, headlines, and tactical copy. I touched about every page in some way, shape, or form, from crafting fresh copy on high touch pages to editing down existing copy of less visible pages to shaping the UX elements of 'My Bose'.
Sometimes, we got a little pithy and witty.
Sometimes, we honored Bose's history as an audio pioneer and spotlighted what makes its sound (and headphones, speakers, etc.) so powerful.
